It is important to us that clients have access to the best possible range of providers and services. That is why we select our service providers carefully, so clients can find the best available services on Welapy.
After you register and complete your information and service offering, we will review and approve your account within 24 hours, or contact you for any additional details.
How commissions and fees work
Running a business should be simple, so we have made our pricing simple too.
29% commission on a new client's first booking
We charge a commission when we bring you a new client who makes a booking with you.
We notify you about each new booking in the app and by email. We send the client a booking confirmation, remind them 24 hours before the appointment by SMS, and send an email after the appointment asking for a verified review.
4.5% commission on repeat bookings
For repeat bookings, commission is reduced to only 4.5%. It covers:
Client communication, including booking confirmation, a 24-hour SMS reminder, and an email asking for a review.
Long-term communication with clients. We can reach clients at the right time to encourage regular bookings.
Motivating clients to book regularly through a loyalty programme and benefits on the platform.
As a result, clients book regularly without you having to contact them yourself or pay for advertising.
They also receive attractive rewards for regular bookings.
